Terms and Conditions

BFAST ENTERPRISES SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

Welcome to BFAST ENTERPRISE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("BFAST", "Company", "we", "our", "us").

By accessing or using our website, platform, or services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Services

BFAST provides logistics and courier aggregation services including:

Shipment pickup and delivery
Shipment tracking
COD (Cash on Delivery) handling
Logistics support

BFAST acts as a service facilitator, and actual delivery is performed by third-party logistics partners.

2. User Responsibilities

Customers using our services agree to:

Provide accurate shipment details
Ensure proper packaging (tamper-proof)
Comply with all applicable laws
Not ship prohibited items

You are solely responsible for shipment contents.

3. Prohibited Items

You shall not ship:

Illegal goods
Hazardous materials
Currency, gold, precious items
Narcotics, explosives

Violation may result in:

Account suspension
Legal action
Penalty charges

4. Billing & Payment Terms

4.1 Billing Cycle

Invoices are generated twice a month:

1st–15th shipments → billed between 15–20
16th–end → billed between 1–5 next month

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment must be made within 7 days of invoice.

4.3 Late Payment

Interest up to 18% per annum may apply
Services may be suspended
Outstanding dues may be adjusted against COD or COD amount will be on hold of the month till previous month dues get cleared.

5. COD (Cash on Delivery)

BFAST acts as a collection agent
COD will be remitted after deduction of charges
Company may adjust dues from COD

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

6.1 Cancellation

Allowed before pickup only.

6.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be processed in cases of:

Duplicate payment
Failed service
Pre-pickup cancellation

6.3 Refund Conditions

Refunds are subject to verification and approval.

6.4 Lost Shipments

Liability is limited to:

Amount received from logistics partner OR Declared value (whichever is lower)

7. RTO & ODA Charges

All RTO and ODA charges are payable by users
Charges are non-refundable

Applicable even in:

Delivery failure
Customer refusal
Incorrect address

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

BFAST shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses
Delays due to external factors
Improper packaging

Maximum liability per shipment shall be limited to ₹2,500 or shipment value (whichever is lower).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold BFAST harmless from:

Legal claims
Losses
Damages

arising from:

Violation of terms
Illegal shipments
Misuse of services

10. Force Majeure

BFAST shall not be liable for delays due to:

Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes
Pandemic

11. Termination

BFAST may suspend or terminate services if:

Terms are violated
Fraud suspected
Non-payment

12. Governing Law

Laws of India applicable
Jurisdiction: Courts at Jaipur

13. Electronic Consent

By using the platform, you agree to these terms electronically.

14. Shipping Policy

Delivery timelines are estimates
Delays may occur due to external factors
Multiple delivery attempts may be made
Improper packaging = no liability

15. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation before pickup only
Refund timeline: 7–10 days
Refund subject to approval
